Hi Rick

I guess you are using the Database Control. If it is the case, you have to configure with EMCA a Database Control for each database. Then you have to explicitly start it, i.e. to access two databases you will have two Database Controls that run on two different ports.

Notice that with the Grid Control is possible to manage many databases (also 8i and 9i) with a single instance.
