All should know what's going on.. otherwise they'll get bored.. you can still have 'specialists'.

Work that out with your DBAs. If they don't agree on a schedule, impose one.

Project Schedules. New Oracle features (or Oracle Feature of the week.. they might know it, but you'll remind of its existence). The way you all hate developers. The way you should continue educating developers about Oracle features, decent application design. Company/Divisional goals. Upcoming projects..

Don't meet just for the sake of meeting.

What are good interview strategies?
Ethics/Integrity are most important.. Choose carefully.. prepare for interview.. know what technical AND personal qualities you're looking for. This might come w/ experience.
