Oracle error

Hi,

I have installed Oracle 8i enterprise on local machine so I can learn SQL language and Oracle.
Also I'm using DOAD from Quest Software v 7.6.0.11 instead of SQL Plus. In Win 2000 Pro before I connect over TOAD to ORACLE server, I go to services and start
OracleServiceTEST and OracleSERVERTNSListener and everything works well. Now I installed Win XP (SP1) and all other (same) programs but now I get error when I try
to connect to first service (OracleServiceTEST): WMI: Critical error. I have worked just once succussfuly.

What can I do to solve this?
