So, which price is it? $5000 per server cpu per client or $5000 per monitored instance? They are different:

1 monitored instance on a 4 CPU box @ $5000 per instance, unlimited clients = $5000

1 monitored instance on a 4 CPU box @ $5000 per CPU, 1 client = $20,000

1 monitored instance on a 4 CPU box @ $5000 per CPU, 10 clients = $200,000

This is confusing, to say the least, since you've stated both as the pricing structure for your 'product'. It would appear that you are just as confused as you make your potential customers.
