upgrading Oracle RDBMS 8.1.7.0 to 8.1.7.4 on Win XP

Hi,


I try to upgrade Oracle 8.1.7.0 to 8.1.7.4 on Win XP Pro SP1 
but Oracle Universal Installer (1.7.1.10.1) fails in the beginning
on the installation:


"Certain files which need to be reinstalled by Oracle Universal Installer
are being used by one more running services. The following services
need to be shutdown before continuing:"



<here is list of almost all services!>



How can I solve the problem?
