  1. rm all you archivelogs and rm all your redologs. shutdown abort. rm the system tablespace. try to restart.
  2. Or have the unix sysadmins restore the whole box from a few days before.
  3. Or disable archivelog mode, and do 1. above without a cold backup anywhere.
