Haven't tried FC2 yet, but your network (localhost / localdomain) does'nt look OK.
IIRC, it's one of the requirements to have a properly configured network - choose a non-existing extension, like myplace, or athome; and name your computer, e.g. test_oracle.brown.athome (brown.athome being the domain)
