Grant SYS.x$KCCCP to DBA..........................

Hi,

How should we grant SYS.x$KCCCP to DBA?
I am using following command to grant SYS.x$KCCCP to DBA but getting the following error:

                *

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02030: can only select from fixed tables/views

I am using version 8.1.7.0.
