Shivajyothi Township promoters Pvt Ltd having cheated many people by selling/booking them sites which were not meant for public distribution such as Ventateshwara housing society sites advertised as BDA approved sites ie:sivajyothi goldfields
at thanisandra village Kr puram and also at airport road near leela palace, intel has been ordered by the courts to refund money for all sites it has booked and unable to register and cases against it are going on for other layouts at koramangala etc. having thus cheated many people and vanishing with their booking money Sivajyothi has now changed its name to AMRUTH Developers and Builders and is currently advertising sites on installment basis near surya nagar KHB near electronic city. the money they are getting from this installment buisness is being used to refund money to people who have won cases against them .
public is warned in its own interests to stay away from either Sivajyothi or Amruth as they are the same dishonest company having changed their name to cheat people and to hide from them all the illegal land deals sivajyothi had made which have now been exposed. you are requested to forward this to all personell  in your company and friends in other companies in bangalore to save them from falling into these guys trap
esp for people who may have booked or thinking of booking a site at the layout advt by amruth recently in times of india near electronic city near surya nagar since this land does not belong to them . pl forward this to everyone you know.(esp in bangalore or near electronic city) in public interest .
