I find that corporations like IBM are always finding ways to get rid of people so few directors can make all the money. You can see this in massive layoffs of high tech employess, jobless economic recovery, and shift of jobs oversees. If you are the one effected, "disturning" will sound a mild word. I remember many years ago companies used to boast being people oriented, people friendly. I don't see many employee friendly companies left at least in my profession in USA.
