dbca crashes with ORA-27123 on FC2

Hi All,

I'm a little bit fustrated with oracle and you are my hope to finish my work. I installed Oracle 9.2.0.4 on Fedore Core 2 without an error. But when I want to create a db i always get the error:

ORA-27123 : unable to attach to shared memeory segment

So this idicates a problem with the Kernel Parameters, but I think my Parameters ore o.k.:
/etc/sysctl.conf
#Oracle Parameters

kernel.shmmax = 2147483848
kernel.shmmni = 4096
kernel.shmall = 2097152
kernel.sem    = 250 32000 100 128

fs.file-max = 65536
net.ipv4.ip_local_port_range = 1024 65000

I also have installed oracle-Patch p3006854. Kernel=2.6.6-1.435.2.3

Could somebody help me?
