Hi, Hari,

I'm not very familiar with AIX. But the error 12500 and 12540 TNS errors tell us your listener process (tnslsnr) can't spawn any more processes. The OS Error: 12: Not enough space probably means you run out of memory or swap space. Check it *after*, not before, you startup the instance. You may see a corresponding error in your listener.log and possibly OS system log file.
