Marcio,
Take a look at DBA_REGISTRY.

Its description on tahiti.oracle.com is a little short: DBA_REGISTRY displays information about the components loaded into the database.

However, how many components make up a complete OLAP install, and what are its prerequisites is beyond my knowledge. My default install has 3 that include OLAP in the name:
OLAP Catalog
OLAP Analytic Workspace
Oracle OLAP API

Regards,
Neil
