Hi,
I have been searching around for info. regarding pga_aggregate_target and temp tablespace extent sizing. Does anybody have any more updated info. on this? I saw a thread from about 2 years ago which indiacted that 5% of pga_aggregate_target is the maximum fraction a process can claim and may be the right size for temp tablespace extent. I am not happy with the sorting performance on my server and suspect temp tablespace extent sizing may not be appropriate. Can anybody share?
