As another former Oracle employee, I sympathize with having to contend with less experienced posters on these groups. Hang in there matey!

Now a question for you....

I have built a consulting practice on advanced performance tuning (hit ratios, I/O distribution, sql tuning and the like). Is the OMLETv4 tool configurable to allow me to place my more critical metrics on top of the queue? For instance, as we all know, the Database Buffer Cache Hit-Ratio must be kept above 98%.....Can I take this critical metric and have it appear atop the output?

Second, can I quickly detect and display colocated index and data segments in a single tablespace before they cause a complete performance degradation. We always separate the data and index segments by tablespace (i.e., spindle) on our on JBOD.
