They did that to me when I ordered a Firesign tape named something like "the pink hotel burns down," then eventually sent me a tourist guide to some Mexican town that had a "Pink Hotel" in it, IIRC. Then they sent me two tapes after I complained. I think there may be profit in ordering things they are known to screw up. I also wound up with a free all-in-one Xerox after quite a to-do.

At least they didn't make ridiculous judgements about my orientation, like Tivo might!
