Oracle licensing for Intel XEON

I got a Windows box with 2 Intel XEON processors. Each presents itself to the outside world as two processors - at least this is what I can see in Windows Task Manager and in V$PARAMETER for CPU_COUNT. Does it mean that 4 I need Processor licenses? Or 2 are sufficient?

Oracle document on database licensing that I downloaded from http://www.oracle.com/corporate/pricing
talks about "multicore chip with N processor cores", does Intel XEON falls into this category?
