But as I pointed out, flashback works on alternate Thursdays even at 9.2.0.1.

Yes, I am aware of all of that.

I think you still miss my point. I don't need advice on flashback. I would have liked some *concrete* information on the precise nature of any functional deficiencies of flashback which are rectified by specific patches. Just saying 'patch it and it will work' is not what I was after.
