Which doesn't make it right, does it?

That note specifies having 'a pure Windows 2000 domain' and in the next breath talks of 'if a new user is created on the NT-domain'. It also makes the same error as I mentioned before: the applet it asks you to run doesn't actually exist under the name they give it. It then rounds the whole thing off by saying 'it *could* be a bug in the API itself' (translation: 'it could be, but we haven't bothered to check and don't actually know').

Searching for that document number does bring up a lot of other suggestions which sound more plausible, however, so knowing where you sourced your information turns out to be quite a good thing.
