Hi Yves,
I have seen this before. The circumstance for me was a newly created 9i Db
on Win2k.
It was created with the scripts that DBCA produced. At some point in the
install I had a problem with installation of XMLDb. I pressed on and
finished the Db, when I tried to export, I got the same message you
recieved.
Connect as sys and run the following script @?/rdbms/admin/catmeta.sql . Once this has completed, take an export to confirm that it has worked and I would also take a full backup of the system
