Hi,
Here is a screendump of
emctl status dbconsole:
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooleopard 8 % emctl status dbconsole
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Here is a screendump of
emctl status agent:
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
TZ set to US/Pacific

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The above output has a nice clue.
It has a logfile dir listed:
I found the following msg in
/home/orabase/product/10.1.0/leopard_or10g/sysman/log/emoms.log:
2004-05-10 13:29:52,007 [BadSQLEvaluation] ERROR dbjava.sqleval run.148 - Exception from BadSQLEvaluation: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
So, I need to find out how to configure this thing so it starts using a different usr/pass combo.
Any clues on which account I should be looking at? SYSMAN maybe?
Assuming it is SYSMAN, I could easily change its password via sqlplus.
But, how do I tell EM what the new password is?
