We have a HP/UX server that has about 500MB of free memory when database runs. If this database is shutdown, it reports having 1500MB of free memory. So we can conclude this database instance consumes about 1GB of memory. We know this database has about 500MB of SGA. So where is the rest of memory going? PGA? How can we find detailed report of which component is consuming how much memory among this 1GB? Thank you in advance. Received on Wed May 05 2004 - 12:48:36 CDT
