WBL is a clone of RH AS/ES/WS 3.0; 10g installs on it fine, no problems, and simple things (creating database, creating tables, updates, ODBC links (thought that wasn't supposed to work)) all work OK.

The instructions on www.puschitz.com apply to WB also.
