Hi there,
According to OUI upgrade, it was allready the same problem case
in 9.2.0.4 patchset apply (most several UNIX/LINUX OS for my practise)...
It's allways recommended to apply OUI upgrades first,
before applying RDBMS Patch-set itself.
After you can use your "on disk" installer to install the
jumbo-patch.
