So you have I/O errors on directory "/ora01/oracle/admin/orcl". Is there engouh space in it?
What is in the trace file "/ora01/oracle/admin/orcl/bdump/orcl1_ckpt_16649.trc"? I see all your other files are in "/var/opt/oracle/oradata/orcl/orcl" with 2 orcl and your control files in "/var/opt/oracle/oradata/orcl" with only 1 orcl, is this what you really want?
