Try it on Windows some time.

And yes, I know there are workarounds even for Windows platforms, which brings me to my essential point: why should I have to go to the effort, when it is in the first place someone else's problem? Since they are already going to the effort to report a problem here, why not simply report it as it was originally experienced... namely, with the complete text?

At the end of the day, it is common courtesy to minimise the amount of work those whom you are asking to help you out are expected to do.

Besides which, I receive about 70 emails a day reporting assorted errors, in addition to posting 20 or 30 times a week here. No way am I going to oerr my way through that many error numbers.
