If nothing at all has changed, there will be no impact in performance. You may not have implemented the change, or may simply not remember implementing the change.

Therefore .... what has changed on the server? (Absolutely nothing is highly unlikely) Any system/memory/hardware changed? Any new software added or existing software patched?

What has changed around the database startup parameters?

Remember one consistent reason for an instance running slower than before is that the disk subsystem is more heavily used - are you perhaps paging or swapping?

Finally - why do you believe that it's running slower? Some measurements perhaps? or just a feeling?
