Open cursors growing out of control

Hi,

I have recently upgraded the Oracle Server to 10g, and now Oracle has some 400ish open cursors owned by SYSMAN and DBSNMP. My guess is that they are created by the OEM. I never used OEM in Oracle 9i so this problem did not occur before.

Is there a way to shut down the OEM, or force OEM to close these cursors?

Thanks
