Logical Reads flow in blocks/second: how can you compute it ?

There's a tool I once saw that displays a stream (amongst many other things) between the SGA and the processes of the server, that represents if I correctly recall the flow of blocks per second between them.

How can you calculate such value ? What SQL statement gives you that value ?
