You need to read the Oracle licensing documents. Check http://www.oracle.com, under 'About Oracle', in the Licensing and Pricing section.

What you are doing is multiplexing. That has been covered in Oracle's license documents for several years. In my understanding, if you have a 'named user' license, it refers to the end human (or device) that can originate a transaction or query, regardless of how many multiplexers you happen to use. That is one of the reasons for the 'CPU' lcensing.

You may see it that way, but I suspect Oracle and their lawyers don't.
