Adding datafiles to a production/standby situation is described in the standby manual. IIRC you need to get the standby database out of managed recovery, create an empty datafile, and apply any logs created at the production since you stopped manage recovery. Please review the standby documentation instead of experimenting on-the-fly. 228 datafiles for a database looks like sheer madness to me.
