The error message says only:



'Access denied for php_oci8.dll'



.. an no other error number/code. A view into the IIS Event-Log gives
us no clue too. It seems, that this message is coming from the IIS, which
makes sense. As i said: all this only happens with IIS. With Apache
Webserver, all things going well.
