Hi Teresa,

Thanks for your comments on my papers. I don't have 8.1.5 anymore to test with but i suspect that you have nailed the issue. If you have the final parameter static_policy missing then just leave it out. It should work the same. The parameter is to tell Oracle whether the predicate will always be the same (or not) each time the policy function is executed.

I am not sure what your issue is with the final slash, it's needed to execute the PL/SQL.
