Can't think of a better argument ... but I guess better odds than the chances of winning the lottery or being hit by a meteor.

I'm not saying it doesn't have some value. But if the person paying the dollars thinks that the value includes a better chance at a job I'd refer them to the search results above.

Others might have saved the money and found the same syntax at tahiti.oracle.com, asktom.oracle.com, psoug.org, etc.
