monitoring snapshot

Hi,

I use read-only snapshot
I have several snapshots sites through db link . I would like to monitor the snapshots refresh ( when ? , delay ? , how much data transfered ?) from the master database What is the best way to do that ? (trigger (select ?), audit ... )
