Launch oui (Oracle Universal Installer)
(something like C:\Program Files\Oracle\oui\install\setup.exe) and click on the "Deinstall Products" button. Then, you can remove "C:\Program Files\Oracle" (or the like) directory and the registry key HKLM/Software/Oracle.
