Hehehe! And you've only been out of bigO for less than a year! Wait for a couple more releases and then join the club... :D
PS: I like ASM, the grid and little else. Not sure the ADDM will be really useable, will reserve until I see it for real.
The recycle bin? I reckon that's just gonna make security even more sloppy... And very little else.
I need RI across views as well, not just declared but active. How the heck am I gonna get sub-types in the same table without it? Other than heaps of triggers? Promised for 9i, maybe in 11e...
And a LOT of tidy-up. There are a few features that are not yet fully working across the database. You pointed a few got cleaned up. But quite frankly I still have to find a use for a IOT. Good for saying to Sybase "me too", but that's it. Not sure I share enthusiasm about it getting cleaned-up. It's one of those that may be useful in so much of a restricted set of cases that it is useless.
