You're right, as usual. Thinking about it, I realize the modicum includes students, independents, the unemployed, new-to-Oracle, victims of Oracle billing goofs, trolls, people working under truly clueless PHB's and probably quite a few others. Wish there were some way to analyse cdo usage. Polls sure don't work.
