Please indicate how Partitioning (using Oracle's paritioning capability) will change database or application design.

(AFAIK, the capability does not redefine the table or indexes, but simply indicates how the table is laid out, similar in nature to the min and max extents, etc.) Received on Sat Jan 24 2004 - 15:24:27 CST
