Oracle 9iRAC clustersetup.exe (OSD) installation error (PRKI-2016)

As subject - when installing the OSD it complains that "Unable to
delete files on NODE1.  Install may not be able to complete." during
'uninstalling previous installation' and then "Unable to copy files to
the nodes" during 'copying files'.



Any clue?  I cannot find explanation of the error code.
