re-join one node to the cluster with FailSafe without downtime

I've a Oracle DB running on Win2K Cluster with FailSafe. Recently one of them having HW failures and I need to re-install it. As the other node is still production and I'm trying to not intercupt the service. Any one experienced it or any suggested procedure to re-install and re-join one node to the cluster with FailSafe without downtime?
