Try system/manager, sys/change_on_install, scott/tiger - But if you are on 9iR2 then the database creation assistant should have prompted you to set SYS and SYSTEM passwords rather than the old defaults.

You can get a list of default users and passwords on my site http://www.petefinnigan.com/orasec.htm - there are links to lists i wrote some time back.
