Look for a file named oraInst.loc, it's usually /etc/oraInst.loc or /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc. The contents of this file should point to where the inventory files are stored and also the install group. Once you know the install group just use 'find / -group <install_group_name> -type d' to locate the install tree. Received on Fri Jan 09 2004 - 19:01:14 CST
