Currently there would be no choice but the HTTP/servlet/JSP/JDBC
framework. Don't worry about Enterprise stuff. You could do it almost
free with free tools as Tomcat, Eclipse, Netbeans, JUnit, Jakarta
Struts, etc., etc.
