I could not agree more. I don't have a backup strategy (that's obviously the problem): my datamart is suffering of the "too many chiefs, not enough indians" syndrome. Get the picture?

I am a database developer who's trying very hard to have a stable environment to write my SPs, shell scripts and deliver my reports to my users. And the acting DBA can't get bothered with my questions...
