RAC problem - don't startup OracleServiceORCL2 in automatic

Hello Group,
for two-node cluster ORCL (instances ORCL1 ORCL2) the service OracleServiceORCL2 in a AUTOMATIC mode don't start. ( Event Messages: " service terminated with service-specific error 997 ",

                            " OracleServiceORCL2:2, OPS:Startup routine
failed:0 2 3 "
                            "OracleServiceORCL2 Error:997, LoadOpsOsd")

In manual mode it started through 1-1,5 Min without messages.Situation same, when first unit is switched off. The removÅ and creation of service ORCL2 has not helped.
In what there can be a problem, please help.
