If you have both, and you want Northwind in Oracle, then why not use DTS to move the tables and data from SQL Server to Oracle?

Or, you can use Oracle's supplied sample script. It is $ORACLE_HOME/sqplus/demo/demobld.sql. It will be smaller than Northwind, but it is sample data to play with.
