Well -as said in this thread- it's clean.
You never know what stays behind after an upgrade; Oracle
didn't always clean up very well. Or upgrade very well.
And what about system tablespace fragmentation if coming from 8i
or earlier?
That might be one way to start a myth
("Oh well, you best do a clean install, as my system
tablespace data files were three timer bigger after an
upgrade, than using imp/exp")
