Check out %ORACLE_HOME%\database\oradim.log for errors and c:\oracle\admin\%ORACLE_SID%\bdump\alert_%ORACLE_SID%.log for errors, resolve them or post them here. Actually this is a FAQ, and I have provided this advice many times. You are advised to search the Google archives prior to posting.
