the error you have below tells you the issue, you have exceeded the quota on a file system, the one that hosts the audit trail. Whether you delete the files depends on what you do with them as an organisation? If you wish to use this audit trail implement a save and purge strategy. Also you should consider a policy for reviewing the files to detect unauthorised access to your databases. This should be part of an overall organisation security policy.
If i were you i would compress / tar / zip the files up and move to a safe location for now and remove them from the directory / file system in question to free up the space.
